| Description: |
Manage large scale IT projects, multiple projects tracking and status reporting, project estimation and budgeting, resource forecasting and allocation, manage project releases, define change control processes, provide customer relationship management with business partners and project stakeholders, plan and road map future projects and releases. Tools used include MS Project, Niku Clarity Project Work Bench, Team Work Bench, and MS Office.
Directs and monitors all activities for large, high risk, major technology-based projects from initiation to delivery. Projects cross platforms, applications, and/or business lines. Works with business partners to develop technology concepts, requirements, design alternatives, project schedules, and costs for new systems initiatives. Plans and directs complex program schedules and budget, monitoring project status in comparison to cost/time projections. Provides consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, and ongoing cost analyses, significant issue management and resolution, communication with business lines and technology management, often at senior management levels. May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiency. May serve as a lead by providing direction to less experienced technical project management staff while serving in a project leadership role. Typically reports to a Technology Manager.
The candidates must have a solid consulting project management background with experience working in a data warehousing environment preferable an enterprise data warehouse environment. Requires excellent communication skills, influence and the ability to work through resource planning and daily project issues is necessary. |

| Description: |
Data Warehousing exp required.
Participates in the incremental development of the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and loading or extracting of data from the warehouse to multiple data marts. Participates in Centralized Data Hub (CDH) project to create file-level data distribution center. Participates in the project life cycle, from analysis to production implementation, with emphasis on data analysis, system testing, and auditable documentation of results.
Description of Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include: Create detailed test plans based on analysis of requirements and design documents. Execute systems and data quality testing to ensure all development deliverables are production ready. Write test case scripts and execute; document detailed results and summary report. In collaboration with other team members, analyze raw data to ensure the data will meet the business need. Coordinate UAT with business representatives. Monitor and resolve testing issues. Manage testing tasks concurrently on multiple projects. Work with the business owner to identify key data elements that will be monitored on an on-going basis to ensure a high level of data quality within the EDW. May coordinate the overall execution of the test plan with TIG and business representatives. May research production issues. May act as lead tester on projects. May act as technical resource to other testers.
Required: 7-10+ years of systems analysis experience (at least 3 years in the testing and/or data quality field) 2+ years of data-warehousing experience (data driven application testing does not fill requirement). Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/work experience. Experience with all types of testing including systems, data quality, regression and acceptance. Experience in creating test plans, cases, and scripts without the use of testing case tools. Experience in generation and formatting of test data in tables and/or files based on business/design requirements. Experience in writing SQL and executing test scripts, verifying Source-to-Target mapping. Experience in business analysis techniques. Experience in data analysis. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of different file formats/layouts ASCII, EBCDIC, XML, fixed-width and delimited. Demonstrated problem analysis and problem solving skills in a technical environment. Knowledge of PC application software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Visio, etc. Ability to interface with all levels and across organizational lines. Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines. Good knowledge and experience working in UNIX environment.
Preferred: Experience in data testing (strongly preferred) Experience in Wells Fargos TIG organization Knowledge of financial services industry Knowledge of DB2 UDB and/or Teradata databases

Responsibilities - Act as a liaison to the business owners - Facilitate interview and group sessions to obtain business and technical requirements - Gather detailed business and technical requirements and participate in the definitions of business rules and data standards - Map the requirements to the source systems, the EDW and applicable data marts - Participate in all phases of the development life cycle for assigned projects and coordinate business issues resolution throughout each project - Participate in issue research and resolution for Production when appropriate - Participate in business systems planning for integrated analytic needs. Participate in defining approaches and priorities for satisfying needs.
Position Qualifications
Required: - 7-10 years experience in business analysis techniques - 2+ years experience working in the financial services industry - 2 + yrs. experience in data warehouse, with emphasis on enterprise level data - Must be self motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills - Proven oral and written communication skills; excellent business presentation skills - Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units - Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization - Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines - Experience in writing SQL or using a query tool against a database - A thorough understanding of relational databases and data models
