Srinivas founded CS Solutions in March of 1996, and moved the organization through its evolution from a training company to a global software solutions company. An energetic, highly-regarded leader, Srinivas envisions and creates successful outcomes from complex situations. He brings a successful track record of integrity, leadership and strategic planning, addressing critical business issues that impact productivity, cost, sales, operations and finance. Prior to founding CS Solutions, he worked in the Financial Services industry in the areas of Middleware and Configuration Management.
Srinivas hold a bachelor’s degree in bio-medical engineering and a masters in computer science. He has also completed Harvard University’s Owner/President Management training program.
Paul Kuttikadan serves as CEO of CS Solutions, where he oversees all operations including finance, human resources, business development, sales and marketing and project delivery. Before joining CS Solutions, he was the Regional Director of Padmaja, Inc., based in Cochin, India, where he managed managing their regional (South India) sales and marketing and business development. Paul has 12 years overall experience in the area of sales and marketing.
Paul holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Calicut University, India, a
Bachelors degree in Law from the University of Bombay, and an MBA from Bombay University.
Gangadharan Manari, Director & Member of Board
Gangadharan has been an entrepreneur for more than twelve years in India
bringing hands-on experience in starting and establishing new businesses. He brings a depth of understanding of various aspects of business, especially in the areas of strategic planning and implementation. As an advisor and partner to CS Solutions since its inception in
1996, Gangadharan, implements CSSi's global growth strategy in India.
Prior to CS Solutions, Gangadharan worked for 10 years in the areas of marketing and technical services of a large business establishment in India.

Priya
K Srinivasan, Finance Director
Priya K Srinivasan is a seasoned professional in the Accounting and Finance realm, having spent over 10 years helping US and Indian company’s budget, execute and manage their finances. Her cherished career has taken her across the world to associate her with a variety of industries and customers.
As Finance Director of CS Solutions Inc., Priya manages both the India and US operations from an accounting, finance and administration perspective. Upon joining CS Solutions Inc., in the year 2005 as Finance Manager, Priya set up and headed the off-shore outsourcing division for the company’s accounting and finance functions and set up processes and procedures in the Accounting, Finance and Administration functions of the company.
Prior to CS Solutions Inc., Priya was an expert finance and accounting solutions provider for ‘not for profit’ companies. She has worked as an independent consultant for Management Assistance Program for Non Profits, MN, where she headed the accounting department for five different non-profits across various industry verticals.
Prior to that, Priya was Finance Director of the Jungle Theater, a premier non-profit theater company in uptown Minneapolis, MN. During this stint she headed the effort to bring about process and reporting structure changes that are still being followed at the theater.
By way of education, Priya has passed her CPA in the United States. She also has passed her CA and CWA in India. Priya holds an active CPA license in Minnesota, USA.
